Issue:

Resolution:
1. Make sure the lid and the chopper bowl are properly assembled.
2. Make sure to lock mixing foot/traditional whisk into position.
Cause:
- The chopper lid is not correctly fastened
- The mixing foot/traditional whisk is not correctly assembled
