STEP 1: FINDING THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOUR LAUNDRY ROOM
Across the entire range of AEG laundry appliances we provide several installation types to suit your space. Many consumers choose a front loading (free standing) washer which can be installed beneath a kitchen worktop or in a laundry room. If you prefer to conceal your appliances behind a cabinet door, you should consider choosing an integrated washing machine.
For compact living, AEG offers a space saving solutions – choose from either a 2-in-1 washer dryer which provides the convenience of a washer and dryer in one appliance. Saving space but still packed with features you need.
STEP 2: CHOOSE A WASHING MACHINE WITH PROGRAMMES SUITED TO YOUR WARDROBE
Every AEG washing machine has a quick wash, delay start and add-to-wash function, providing the perfect balance of convenience and great cleaning performance. Cycles are one of the quietest you’ll find – as low as 47Db – making them ideal for night-time washing or open-plan spaces.
We’ve named our laundry appliances from 6000 series through to 9000 series. Each Series’ capabilities are cumulative, so you get an increasing level of features and garment care capabilities with every series increment. Our handy series comparison tool allows you to see all key features at a glance.
STEP 3: CHOOSE A WASH CAPACITY TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS
Across all series, there’s a washing machine drum size to suit your wardrobe and lifestyle. A 10 kg drum size is recommended for large households, or medium-sized households that wash many, or large items every week – it’s XL size drum is ideal for double duvets. A 9kg drum size is ideal for medium-sized households.
And a 6-8 kg drum capacity is perfect for smaller households. GOOD TO KNOW: Our innovative ProSense® technology on 6000 series and PreciseWash on all other series use clever sensors to precisely measure every load and intuitively adapt the amount of time and water to prevent overwashing.
