How can I clean my SaphirMatt® scratch resistant induction hob?
Wipe your SaphirMatt® induction hob down after each use to keep it in top condition. Most spills, like water rings or fat stains, can be wiped off once the hob is cold. Use the hob scraper to remove food residue or stubborn stains. Use a soft, moist cloth and hob cleaner. Do not use abrasive cleaning materials such as abrasive cleansers or scouring pads, as these can scratch the surface. Be especially careful with the side trim: Clean with dishwashing detergent. Do not use the mildly abrasive cleaning product, any polishing detergents, scrapers, or the hard layer of a sponge to clean the side trim.
