Wipe your SaphirMatt® hob after each use to keep it in top condition. Most spills, such as water marks or grease stains, can be wiped away once the hob has cooled.
Use a soft, damp cloth and, for a thorough clean, do not use abrasive cleaning materials such as abrasive cleansers or scouring pads, as these may scratch the surface. Be especially careful with any side trims: clean them with dishwashing detergent. Do not use mildly abrasive cleaning products, polishing detergents, unsuitable scrapers, or the rough side of a sponge on the side trims.

You will need cookware that is compatible with induction (pans with magnetic bases). For optimal performance, the diameter of the pan should match the cooking zone as closely as possible.
Yes, the SaphirMatt® series includes models with integrated extraction. However, these versions are not available for the SaphirMatt® SE series.
