Telescopic or Retractable Cooker Hood

The advantage of a retractable cooker hood is that it's only visible when in use. Models with electronic controls activate automatically when pulled out by 5 cm and retract when no longer needed.

Recirculation or Extractor Mode?

In recirculation mode, the cooker hood draws in air, which passes through a grease filter to trap grease, while an integrated activated carbon filter absorbs odours. The cleaned air is then recirculated back into the room. In extractor mode, air passes through the grease filter before being vented outside via appropriate ducting.

Integrated Cooker hoods are available in different widths, commonly in 54, 56, 60, 80, and 120 cm.
