AEG LIVE Consumer Demo Events - Terms and Conditions

  1. Places are booked on a first-come-first-served basis upon registration.
  2. On booking a session, the attendee will receive a booking confirmation by email
  3. If you cannot attend the event, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to another person.
  4. If you cannot attend the event, you may send someone else in your place. Please let us know the name of the attendee in advance of the session.
  5. You may transfer to an alternative day if you give us notice of at least 7 days. In this case, we will rebook you on to your selected class.
  6. Please notify us of any change in the contact details provided as these will be used by AEG for all correspondence
  7. The recipes demonstrated will be emailed to you prior to the event. However, these may be subject to variations if ingredients are not available.
  8. Please notify the chef at the event if you have any food allergies.
  9. The Promoter is Electrolux PLC, Addington Way, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU4 9QQ and details of the Promoter’s privacy policy can also be found in store. The Promoter’s use of the information you provide shall be in accordance with their privacy policy.
