Rocky Road Chocolate Dip

Perfect for those chocolate fans, sweet and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 x 200g bar milk chocolate 39% solids or 1 x 200g bar Cadbury Dairy Milk
  • 150ml double cream
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Marshmallows
  • Mini meringues

Method

1. Gently melt chocolate in the saucepan on the induction hob on setting 1 or 2.
2. Remove from the heat and add the double cream.
3. Gently mix over a low heat until thick and smooth.
4. Alternatively the cream may be whisked until stiff and then thoroughly mixed with the melted chocolate.
5. Put into serving bowl.
6. Wash and dry strawberries.
7. Put strawberries and marshmallowson cocktail sticks for serving.
