Ingredients
Here's what you need (for 2 people):
- 200 g plain flour
- 150 g cottage cheese
- 100 ml seasoned tomato sauce
- 50 g rocket
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
- 50 g sun-dried tomatoes
Preparation
- Mix the plain flour with the cottage cheese and a pinch of salt. Knead until smooth dough forms.

Divide the dough into two balls and roll them out into thin pizza bases.

Heat a pan without oil over medium heat on an AEG cooktop with an integrated hood, and cook one pizza base for 2-3 minutes until firm.

Flip the pizza, spread the cooked side with tomato sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
