Gambas Al Ajillo
Gambas al Ajillo is a classic Spanish tapa that comes together in minutes from a handful of ingredients.
Ingredients
- 250g raw shelled king prawns
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Pinch salt & pepper
- Chopped parsley
Method
1. Remove black vein from the prawns. Wash prawns and put in mixing bowl.
2. Finely chop the garlic and parsley and add to the prawns with seasoning and olive oil.
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Put all ingredients in vacuum bag and seal.
5. Cook on SousVide temperature 75°c for 20 minutes.
Suggested serving:
Cook some par baked bread on LowHumidity or SteamBake™ to serve – delicious!
