We are unable to offer any built-in installations for postcodes starting with:
TR, EX, TQ, PL.
Please do not add these services to any orders for these postcodes as unfortunately we are unable to complete them at this time.

Please remember to select these options at the time of placing your order. Different delivery teams are allocated to your order depending on the services you select. Therefore services cannot be added to as the delivery is made.
Unfortunately, we currently can't deliver to the Channel Islands, British Forces Post Office and mail forwarding companies, P.O. boxes, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isle of Scilly and Scottish Islands.

SPECIALIST BUILT IN APPLIANCE INSTALLATION
Integrated appliances can be complicated to install, so having the right team is essential to ensure your new purchase can be used straight away and that it aligns seamlessly with your kitchen furniture. We have partnered with delivery and installation specialists to do just that.
If you have selected to have your appliance installed you will be contacted, around two working days* after your order was placed, by our installation partner Kaboodle. You will be offered dates to pick from to ensure you have the installation date that suits you best. Before this takes place you will be asked to complete a short installation survey to make sure everything goes to plan on the day.
If you need to make any changes to your details or change your delivery date, once Kaboodle has made contact with you, you can do so by calling 0203 191 1077.
YOUR FREESTANDING APPLIANCE DELIVERED, INSPECTED & CONNECTED.
If you order a freestanding appliance, even if it needs connecting to a water supply, our partners ArrowXL will complete your delivery. ArrowXL will also deliver your built-in appliance if you have opted to not have it installed at the same time.
They will make contact around two working days* after your order is placed with us. You will be able to view the dates they have available and select the one that suits you best. Before your delivery takes place, they will notify you of your two-hour delivery window.

Simply enter your tracking number in the DPD local website or follow the links provided to plan your day around your delivery.
Need to change your plans at short notice? You can simply edit your address or date of delivery using the links sent to you by DPD.

30 Days Free Returns
To make sure you are completely happy with your new appliance if you decide you would rather not keep it you can return it to us free of charge. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving it for us to arrange collection with you and please retain packaging for small appliances.
