Issue

  • My WiFi network does not appear in the app
  • My Wi-Fi network does not show up in the list of available networks during onboarding

  • AEG air purifiers

Resolution

  • Make sure that your router uses 2.4 GHz band and that the device is within Wi-Fi range (within 10 meters)
