Can I schedule the delivery of my appliance?
Resolution
No, you can't schedule your delivery date as you place your order for an appliance with us.
Deliveries of Freestanding washing machines, Tumble dryers, Dishwashers, Refrigeration
If you have ordered an appliance that is 'freestanding' or an appliance that is 'built-in' but you haven't asked us to install it, you will be contacted by our delivery partner ArrowXL.
Please note that once your order has been placed with us, Arrow XL will not have your details until around 24 hours after it was placed.
ArrowXL will contact you around 24 hours after your order is with us to confirm your delivery day. This is typically for the following working day.
You can't schedule a delivery when placing an order.
ArrowXL will provide details for you to track your order when they make contact with you.

All large appliance deliveries to Scotland, whether an installation is needed or not, are completed by MCD. They can be contacted on 01355 266 683.
Deliveries of integrated appliances, Gas and Electric cookers, and Side by Side refrigeration
If you have ordered an appliance that is 'built-in' and have asked that we install it for you, you will be contacted by our delivery partner Kaboodle.
Please note that once your order has been placed with us, Kaboodle will not have your details until around 24 hours after it was placed.
Once Kaboodle has your order, they will contact you and share with you the available dates to complete your delivery and installation.
