How do I add or change the shipping address?

Please contact us to change your shipping address and we will co-ordinate these changes with our logistics partner 03445 611 080.
Once you carrier has contacted you, it is possible to agree a new delivery location.

All large appliance deliveries to Scotland, whether an installation is needed or not, are completed by MCD. They can be contacted on 01355 266 683.
To rearrange a parcel delivery please call: DPD 0121 275 0505 or if you have received your tracking email, you can change the destination address directly within the DPD App.
