Where can I find the tracking number to follow up the delivery?
Resolution
On the day your product is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your tracking number. This should be no more than 4 days from the date you place your order.
24 hours prior to your delivery, our logistics provider will email and/or text with a link to track your delivery.
