How can I be informed about the status of my order?

Parcel Delivery & Appliances that are delivery only or connected to an existing water supply (washing machines, dishwashers)

Order Confirmation,  You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of your purchase   

Item Shipped, We will send you another email when we have accepted your order and your appliance has been shipped and include a tracking number

Track your delivery, Finally you will receive an email and/or text one day prior to your delivery allowing you to track your delivery. 


Appliances requiring an installation or Gas/Electrical connection

Order Confirmation,  You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of your purchase,   

Telephone Site Survey, You will receive a call from our logistics partner to compete a site survey within 1 working day to ensure your installation can be complete during the visit. 

Item Shipped, We will send you another email when your order has been accepted and your appliance has been shipped and include a tracking number

Track your delivery, Finally you will receive an email and/or text one day prior to your delivery allowing you to track your delivery.


*working days are Monday - Friday, The last order for a next working day call is before midday on Friday
