How do I place an order?
Resolution
A selection of appliances can be purchased directly using our website. The items are indicated on the product page. If the item is available for purchase on our website, you place an order by adding the product to your cart and completing the checkout process. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your order. A binding contract will be in place when we have accepted the order either by sending an email including proof of purchase, by confirming the dispatch of the ordered products, by scheduling an appointment for delivery of the ordered products or by actual delivery.
Other appliances not available for purchase on our website can be purchased from one of our retailers, these are also indicated on our website.
