How long will it take to receive a new product in the event of a damaged or incorrect item?

Resolution

We will request that your collection takes place with your new delivery.

Deliveries and collections of freestanding appliances (excluding Cookers) can take up to a maximum of 5 working days*.  A limited number of remote postcodes may not have daily deliveries in which case deliveries may take up to 7 working days. 

Appliances that require fitting, electrical or gas connections Require a pre-call to book in the disconnect and re-connection. Typically fitted appliances take 5-7 working days* from the day of your pre-call.

* working days are Monday to Friday
