What does 14 days free returns mean?
Resolution
If you are not happy with the appliance purchased, you have 14 days from the delivered date with which you can choose to return the goods. We will cover the cost for the return freight. To request your item is collected, please call our team on 03445 611 080
For small appliances, please retain the original packaging.
If we have carried out services such as; disconnection, recycling and installation, these are not refundable as a part of the 14 day right to return.
