Ingredients: for 4 people
- 200 g pasta
- Piece of parmigiano cheese
MEATBALLS
- 800 g minced pork and beef
- 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 eggs
- 50 g oregano (finely chopped)
- pepper and salt
- Mix all the above ingredients and put it in the fridge
TOMATO SAUCE
- 2 kg of tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of tomato concentrate
- 1 red onion
- 5 sprigs of flat parsley
- 1 bunch of basil
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
PREPARATIONS
TOMATO SAUCE
- Cut the red onion into half rings and sauté them in the olive oil
- Finely chop the garlic and stew it on a high heat
- When these are nicely colored, you can stir in the tomato concentrate
- Coarsely chop the tomatoes and add them to the onion and garlic
- Stew the tomatoes until they have lost all their moisture
- Mix it all
MEATBALLS
- Shape the meatballs and color them in a pan
- Now pour over the sauce and let it simmer, until the meatballs are cooked
PASTA
- Turn the pasta water on and add salt (10g / L)
- Cook the pasta and drain when done
- Mix the pasta into the sauce
- Finely chop the basil and flat-leaf parsley and mix them with the whole
- Finish with parmigano flakes
