Assisted Cooking means every dish has a recommended function and temperature. You can adjust the time and the temperature if you wish.
How to use Assisted Cooking on Touch Control Models
The Menu symbol on this Combination Microwave Oven will look like this 
and the Assisted Cooking symbol will look like this 
or the words ASSISTED COOKING will appear on the control panel.
Step 1. Press on/off button 
to switch on the oven.
Step 2. Select the MENU

Step 3. Select the Assisted Cooking function
.
Step 4. Choose a dish or food type.
Step 5. Press START.
Step 1. Press the on/off button 
to switch on the oven.
Step 2. Press the arrow up or down 
and select ASSISTED COOKING.
Step 3. Choose a dish or food type
Step 4. Press OK.

Step 1. Press the on/off button 
to switch the oven on.
Step 2. Turn the Command Wheel and select MENU.
Step 3. Select ASSISTED COOKING.
Step 4. Choose a dish or food type.
