Resolution
1. Any leak in the hose can cause the water to flow out into the machine next to the back panel.
Turn off the water supply and check the following:
- Check the inlet hose 'O' ring seal for signs of damage or if this is missing.
- Check if the pipe connection is screwed on and tightened properly (tighten by hand only).
- Check if the leak is coming from the tap itself.
- Check the water supply connection to the inlet hose of the machine.
- If the hose is split or damaged it must be replaced. You can buy a new hose on our Webshop.
2. Do not exceed the maximum load. Refer to the user manual supplied with your appliance
- Check whether any laundry is caught between the door seal and the door glass.
- Check and remove if there are too many laundries in the machine (overload).
3. Make sure there is no leak visible around the fluff filter area
Check that the filter has been tightened up correctly (by hand only) and that no water is leaking.
4. Make sure that the detergent is dosed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the washing machine's user manual.
When a lot of detergents are used and a lot of foam is produced, the water level system can get blocked by foam and cause leaks.
Note: Using capsules or pods in drawers not designed for them may result in leaks from the detergent drawer. In this case, place the capsule directly into the washing machine drum.
5. Make sure the detergent drawer is clean.
If the dispenser drawer or the sprinkler plate over the drawer is very dirty or covered in limescale, the water may flow out and cause the problem.
Clean the dispenser drawer in accordance with the user manual and try the appliance again.
6. Make sure the door seal is not leaking water
The problem may be caused by the machine's door seal leaking. Verify it by opening the door and examining the door seal.
The seal should not be damaged, cracked, or have holes. If the door seal is faulty, it must be replaced by a service engineer.
Do not use the machine until it has been repaired.
