Slow or water not heating up
Applies to
All freestanding coffee machines.
Resolution
Where the water is slow or not heating up, consumer to check the following -
- Is there power to the appliance?If not -
- Check the fuse within the plug
- Check the circuit breaker has not been activated at the mains electrical point
- Check that the appliance has been switched on at the front of the appliance.
- Has the appliance been descaled? If not -
- Advise to follow the descaling instructions within the manual using a recommended descaler.
